Parish Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council assists the pastor in guiding the parish in its mission. We meet at least monthly to discuss and decide major issues regarding the spiritual and financial direction of the parish. Meetings are open to all parishioners. Prospective members are especially welcome. Council members serve a three-year term.
Stewardship is the privilege and honor of directly supporting God’s work on earth through the Church. Through Baptism, we become disciples of Jesus Christ; in living out our “Baptismal Call,” we act as good stewards. As such, we know that our claim to love God is empty if we do not do as Jesus asked us: to not only love God, but also, through our actions, to love our neighbors as ourselves. We need to ask ourselves: How may we best serve God and the larger community? The St. Paul’s Stewardship committee seeks to enable the people of our parish to recognize and share their gifts to serve God.
