Homebound Ministry
One of the great losses of the homebound is participation in the Sunday Liturgy. This ministry provides trained Eucharistic Ministers to bring Communion, pray and link these parishioners to the community.
Marthas
The “Marthas” perform a social Ministry designed to help the St. Paul’s parish family in time of need.
We host receptions following a funeral /or memorial service, provide crisis meals, sunshine baskets, and host a yearly memorial mass for family members. This ministry truly accommodates busy schedules.
Prayer Chain
Members of the Prayer Chain offer prayers for your loved ones in need or for any intention that you may have. Please call us to share your request. If you would like to become a Prayer Chain Member, the commitment requires nothing more than notifying one other member of the need and of praying from your home.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
If you like to knit and/or crochet (or would like to learn) and you like to help others, then the Prayer Shawl Ministry might interest you. When finished, these shawls are blessed and presented to people in the parish and beyond who are experiencing serious illness or difficult tines. The shawls provide tangible signs of the love, care and support of our community.
Wedding Coordination
Wedding coordinators volunteer to help couples during the rehearsal and on the wedding day. (Couples must contact the pastor at least six months before their wedding to adequately prepare for marriage.)
